No. Unlike other SaaS companies, we will not raise our PT Mate Subscription prices. Especially in uncertain times, we believe that it is important to give you as much certainty as possible. So our PT Mate Subscription prices will remain the same and are one thing less you need to worry about.

You can upgrade any time on the Business Web Portal. Downgrading or changing from a yearly plan to a monthly one only works when there's less than 30 days left on your current billing period.

We'll automatically charge your saved card on the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

You can cancel your subscription any time. It won't be cancelled immediately and you can use it until your current billing period ends. This also allows you to reactivate it if you wish to do so before the billing period ends.

No, your data is still safely stored on our server. Since you downgraded your plan, you can't access more than 5 clients or programs. Once you update your plan, all of your data will be available to you again.
