Exercise pool & custom exercises

Get an overview of the exercise pool and how to create new, custom exercises. Note that these exercises are only available to you, and you need to be subscribed to an Unlimited Plan to be able to create them.

Step 1

Exercises list

You can access all exercises in your Programming section for your reference. They are organised into logic categories, such as Abs or Deadlifts.

Exercise details

Within each exercise, you can see the muscles it works, a brief description and for what part of your programming they are ideal.

Variations

Each exercise group has different variations with their own image, equipment to use, title, description and video.

In programming

You can add any exercise to any block in your programs by tapping the button.

The overlay is organised the exact same way as the exercise list, and you can quickly search for the exercise you're looking for.

Create an exercise

Step 1

Add an exercise

In the list view, tap the + icon on the top right corner. Note that only the Unlimited plan allows you to create new exercises.

Step 2

Fill out the details

Fill out all the fields marked with * and select at least one muscles.

Step 3

Add variations

Each exercise needs at least one variation. You can add as many variations as you like by tapping the button.
